Hampton Inn & Suites Lake City

The only problem we have with the Hampton was the bathroom shower couldn’t be turned on and so we didn’t get a shower the first night and we didn’t know that you they had maintenance 24 seven so the next day we explained it to the manager she sent maintenance up there and found that what we were telling her was correctand she compensated by giving us half off from the room. Other than that the employees were great. the manager was great and the room was nice. Other than the fact we couldn’t take a shower that night.

Had a wonderful stay. Fabulous, clean, quiet room. Great staff. My wife contacted Sharon prior to our stay about our room request for a quiet room with a couple extra pillows and a blanket. All there waiting for us when we arrived and checked in. Front desk staff were in costumes for Halloween and were a pleasure to interact with. Overall completely exceptional stay. Wish I would have had a reason to stay a little bit longer. Next time I will. Thank you Sharon, and kudos to you and all of your staff for everything you do and the way that you do it.

This is your standard Hampton Inn — comfortable beds, good pillows, clean as a whistle. But what makes it five-star is the people. Some Hampton Inns have grumpy, unhappy people working the desk, but this one has SUPER NICE people! A special thank you to Jessica for making me feel like a valued guest!

Kat was so delightful to do business with. Helpful, friendly, and great customer service. The hotel itself could use some work. The elevator was wildly slow took about three minutes to go to floors. The hotel was freezing staff and others were walking around with coats on, it was very unusual. No discounts on the rooms even though the hotel was under renovation and there were some other inconveniences they did not address. The location was incredibly challenging to find the GPS takes you back onto the highway the road does not have a name when you approach it. You can see the hotel from the highway but once you get off the highway it becomes invisible. But kat was five star all the way! The hotel was clean you could tell the staff was doing their best and they were very friendly as well. No bugs no dirt definitely a plus. Overall, the day was great, but the hotel itself either discount your prices or get it up to par.

Rona and Lyndsey deserve more than 5 stars. We arrived early and they were extremely accommodating! Renovations are happening currently, however, these two ladies didn’t skip a beat. This stay was in my top 10 for friendly and hospitable service. When you’re hours away from home and you need a place to stay, you want the warm, friendly and accommodating welcome that these ladies give. Rooms were great and the breakfast was too! Any staff we encountered were also so extremely friendly and helpful. I just didn’t get all of their names. Way to go Lake City Hampton Inn & Suites!

Just off 75, was an easy stop to sleep in a last minute, comfortable, extremely clean and quiet well appointed room. Complimentary well prepared buffet breakfast (&hot!) breakfast was made even better by having the sweetest hostess Rosalie there to assist! I would love to wake up everyday to her smiling face!! When driving back thru the area tired, we will ALWAYS choose this hotel! My husband and I have already agreed ! Beds were clean, well dressed, lots of pillow options and super comfy. Gentleman at desk in morning was very pleasant as well ! I don’t think I have ever written a hotel review but this one was a surprising pleasure for a quick sleep!!! And needed to give them a thumbs up for doing a great job!!!

Juju, Sharon and Renee are awesome. They were so friendly and helpful. We had a very out of the box request and they were able to fulfill the request with smiles on their faces. Hank you for making our stay great!

We stayed one night. Super convenient location; comfortable, clean room,; friendly, courteous, professional staff. Shout out to Peggy in the breakfast area who, upon learning of my celiac disease, not only offered to toast a bagel for me in a separate gluten-free oven, but also brought out a little to go bag of gluten-free goodies for the road. She was very cheerful and helpful, greeting all guests and making sure that everyone had what they needed.
